Coq Hardi

History

'La Brasserie du Coq Hardi' was founded in 1894 in Lille (France).  It merged with Haacht Brewery in 1972.  Since then brewed with the know-how typical of the kingdom of beer, the rooster still guards the recipe and the production from his keg.
Coq Hardi, the beer that brightens, stands for the sympathetic ambiance and warmth of North France.

Description of the flavour

Coq Hardi is a blond beer of bottom fermentation and superior quality.  The hops and malt are carefully selected to give this beer its specifically refined aroma and soft bitterness.  Coq Hardi is extraordinarily refreshing and originates from the great Flemish brewing tradition.
