Eupener

History

The regional Eupener beer is brewed especially for the inhabitants ot the East Cantons.

Description of the flavour

Eupener is a blond pils beer, produced according to the 'Reinheitsgebot', a century-old regulation from 1516.  According to this order only pure malt, noble hops, yeast and water can be used during the brewing process.  This old German tradition gives the Eupener Beer its unique taste and is therefore loved by the residents of Eupen.
The best way to enjoy the Eupener Beer is to drink it from its typical balled glass in one of the many cosy Eupener bars in the region.
